To further promote and deepen the integration of industry and education and cooperation between enterprises and schools, give full play to the important role of enterprises in the cultivation of technical and skilled personnel and human resources development, strengthen the leading role of industry-education integration enterprises, and in accordance with the Notice on Organizing the Compilation of the Three-Year Plan for the Fifth Batch of Provincial Industry-Education Integration Pilot Enterprises and the Notice on the Construction and Cultivation of the Fifth Batch of Jiangsu Provincial Industry-Education Integration Pilot Enterprises (Su Development Reform Society [2023] No. 316), etc., Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. has been brave in innovation and actively exploring in school-enterprise cooperation in recent years, striving to play a leading role, seeking a win-win situation for "enterprises, schools, and students," and promoting the combination of production, learning, and research. Based on the company's actual situation, the following is the three-year (2023-2025) plan for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation of Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd.: I. Current Situation (A) Company Overview Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 with a total investment of over 500 million RMB. The company is located in Wuzhong Economic Development Zone on the shores of Taihu Lake Suzhou Bay. Production equipment is imported from the United States, Japan, Italy, Germany, Finland, Austria, etc. Products are widely used in construction, decoration, home appliances, electronics, furniture, machinery, transportation and other fields. The main products include coated glass (sun control film/low-E film), tempered glass, enamel glass, laminated glass, insulating glass (TPS/4SG insulating glass, built-in blinds insulating glass), etc. The enterprise has passed ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environmental system and ISO45001 three-system certifications; it is a National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprise recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and a Jiangsu Provincial High-tech Enterprise; coated glass products have been continuously recommended to the whole country by the China Building Decoration Association since 1998; and have won the honorary title of Meritorious Enterprise in the curtain wall industry for 30 years of reform and opening up and the Quality Integrity Enterprise with continuously recommended products for more than ten years. The company produces and sells more than 5 million square meters of various deep-processed glass products annually, of which more than 1.2 million square meters are exported to Italy, France, Spain, the United States, South Korea, Japan, Australia and other countries. It provides long-term supporting supply for famous enterprises such as Panasonic, Samsung, LG, and Schindler, and also undertakes the supply of glass products for many famous buildings. It also cooperates with domestic engineering decoration enterprises for a long time to export coated glass, LOW-E glass, and insulating glass products to foreign countries. After 30 years of development, the company has become one of the enterprises with the strongest comprehensive supporting capabilities in the deep-processing industry of glass in Jiangsu Province. (B) Basis of School-Enterprise Cooperation In order to better combine school professional teaching with production practice, promote the achievement of higher education talent cultivation goals and enterprise production technology progress, better utilize the advantages of universities and enterprises in human resources, scientific research and production practice, and further enhance the teaching and research level of schools and the core competitiveness of enterprises, after friendly consultations between both sides, comprehensive cooperation has been carried out in scientific research, education and teaching, personnel training and other aspects of school-enterprise-industry-university-research. Our company has maintained long-term cooperation with Suzhou Wuzhong Technical School, jointly developing projects, jointly tackling key scientific and technological problems, and jointly cultivating talents. The cooperation includes several projects such as on-the-job higher education, skills training, and talent introduction. In recent years, Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. has closely cooperated with Wuzhong Technical School to carry out enterprise-based new apprenticeship training and project-based training in an orderly manner, striving to achieve "enterprise-school joint training, dual-teacher training". II. Development Ideas In the next three years, Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. will further consolidate the achievements of previous school-enterprise cooperation, make full use of various resources, focus on solving various difficulties and problems hindering school-enterprise cooperation, actively explore the school-enterprise deep integration model, adhere to the school-enterprise cooperation policy, innovate school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and systems, and strive to achieve in-depth school-enterprise cooperation with talent sharing, equipment sharing, and technology sharing, comprehensively improving the school's educational capabilities and the enterprise's market competitiveness and social influence. III. Selection of Cooperating Institutions The company will continue to consolidate existing school-enterprise cooperation relationships, be based locally and serve locally, and establish positive cooperative relationships with universities and vocational skills colleges whose main advantages are in metallurgy, mechanical design, electrical engineering, automation, materials science, etc. IV. Expected Goals (A) Cultivate a group of high-skilled talents with noble moral character, superb skills, and good physical and mental health, who are urgently needed by the enterprise, through the enterprise's "new apprenticeship system" training model. (B) Through school-enterprise cooperation, introduce more excellent students who meet the requirements and are in line with the professional needs to the company for internships in advance, allowing students to understand the job content and Culture in advance, enhance the sense of belonging to the enterprise, increase the student retention rate, and shorten the company's new employee training cycle and training costs. (C) Build an integrated training base and create a new platform for teaching and training, skills competitions, and skills level certification. (D) Strengthen scientific research project cooperation, jointly develop topics and research and development patents, strengthen the intermediate link between technological achievements and productivity, and promote the marketization of science and technology industries. (E) Introduce enterprises into education. According to the needs of the school, recommend high-skilled and high-tech talents from the company to serve as apprentice lecturers at cooperating institutions, while providing a platform for teachers' practical work abilities and improving the practicality of college teaching. (F) Introduce education into enterprises, providing conditions for enterprise talent training, higher education, skill level improvement, and in-house trainer team building. V. Cooperation Content and Methods Strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and promote the integration of industry and education through the construction of training bases, the establishment of internship bases, new apprenticeship training, project-based training, scientific research project cooperation, academic exchanges, and dual-teacher training. (A) Construction of Joint Training Bases Make full use of the company's capital and equipment advantages and the school's teacher advantages. Both sides will jointly build a training base integrating teaching and training, skills competitions, and skills level certification to create a platform for improving the skills of employees and students. (B) Create Internship and Practice Bases Utilize the company's advantages to establish internship bases to provide students with a realistic production environment, actively undertake the responsibility of receiving students' internships and teachers' enterprise practice, and promote the standardization of internships and practice to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students. (C) New Apprenticeship Training Continue to promote enterprise-based new apprenticeship training with "recruitment is enrollment, entry into the enterprise is entry into school, enterprise-school dual-teacher joint training" as the main content in the company, adopting "enterprise-school dual system, integrated work and study", enterprise-school dual-teacher mentoring, and work-study alternation training models to jointly cultivate new apprentices. Scientific research cooperation will be carried out in aspects such as joint development of topics, joint research and development of new products, new technologies and new materials, and overcoming problems in existing products. Explore new ways to combine science and technology with the economy, strengthen the intermediate link between technological achievements and productivity, and promote the marketization of science and technology industries. (E) Dual-Teacher Training of Enterprise In-house Trainers and School Teachers Promote enterprise-school teacher training: 1. (F) In-depth Integration of School and Enterprise Strengthen employment recommendations and employee training cooperation. Schools can utilize the advantages of continuing education, vocational skills training and other educational resources, and provide conditions for employees' higher education, skills appraisal, and pre-job training according to the company's requirements. VI. Guarantee Measures (A) Financial Guarantee In cooperation projects, project funds should be used for their designated purpose, strictly used in accordance with the construction content and fund usage of the project approval, strictly control the fund pass, conduct internal regular inspections, and strictly prohibit the embezzlement and misappropriation of project funds to ensure the safe operation of funds. (B) Clear Responsibilities Sign agreements with cooperating institutions to clarify the responsibilities of both schools and enterprises, regulate the behavior of both parties, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, enterprises, and schools. (C) Strengthen Communication In the process of school-enterprise cooperation, the company and cooperating institutions should communicate regularly and continuously improve talent cultivation, project implementation, base construction, and academic exchanges to promote mutual improvement. (D) Strengthen Teacher Team Building Seriously do a good job in the training of apprentice mentors, and at the same time strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, complete the training tasks with high quality and quantity, focus on improving the educational teaching ability of training personnel, continuously improve educational concepts and methods, and improve professional level and practical ability. (E) Make Good Use of Government's Relevant Policy Support Based on the existing series of policies, actively strive for the government to formulate relevant policy support, including the establishment of university cooperation platforms and school-enterprise cooperation resource support, establish a long-term win-win mechanism between enterprises and schools, and jointly build a good platform for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. (F) Improve Organizational Structure Both schools and enterprises jointly establish a leading group for industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation. The main persons in charge serve as the director and deputy director of the leading group, and the heads of the corresponding departments are the members of the working group, responsible for planning and compilation, project approval, implementation, and coordination management, and at the same time clarify the cooperation assessment responsibilities and objectives to ensure the smooth implementation of the industrial-research cooperation plan. (G) Standardize Work Procedures Further standardize the work procedures of school-enterprise cooperation, improve school-enterprise cooperation agreements, clarify the responsibilities of both schools and enterprises, regulate the behavior of both parties, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of students, enterprises, and schools.
