East China Coated Glass attends the meeting to learn from Shanghai Hutai's experience in going global

Recently, the Shanghai Construction Association hosted a Building Materials Overseas Exchange Meeting, focusing on the upgrading of building material demands in overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East, as well as new paths for cross-border cooperation. East China Coated Glass, as a benchmark enterprise in the deep processing industry of architectural glass, was invited to participate in the meeting to deeply learn from the cooperation experience of Shanghai-based and Thai building material enterprises that have already ventured overseas, injecting new momentum into its own overseas strategy.

At this exchange meeting, Zhong Guoqiang, Director of the Old Building Construction Special Committee of the Shanghai Construction Association, shared the results of the member enterprises' inspection trip to Thailand in September 2025, providing valuable practical references for participating enterprises to accurately plan their layouts in the Southeast Asian market. It is reported that the inspection trip to Thailand centered around "technology localization" and "in-depth market expansion", fully demonstrating the hard power of Shanghai building materials enterprises in technological innovation and standard alignment, as well as their flexible adaptability to meet overseas market demands. During the inspection, Chinese enterprises reached clear cooperation intentions with the Lojana Industrial Park and Jinchi Industrial Park in Thailand, and received positive responses from local leading enterprises such as Siam Group and Frasers Property Thailand. All parties plan to promote collaborative upgrading of the industrial chain through technology sharing and production capacity cooperation, jointly exploring new blue oceans in the China-Thailand and global markets.
East China Coating, listed company "Gongyuan Pipe Industry", Japan's "Topcon SOKA", "NVC Lighting", "Three Trees", and others all shared and exchanged experiences on their current export businesses. Through this meeting, everyone actively connected with industry resources and explored in-depth technical standards and cooperation models suitable for Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets.
