The 2025 Final Sprint and 2026 Strategic Mobilization Symposium of East China Coating Marketing and Procurement Center was successfully held

On the morning of November 17th, the 2025 Closing Sprint and 2026 Strategic Mobilization Symposium for the Marketing and Procurement Center of Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. was held in the multi-function hall on the fourth floor. Zhang Genfang, the general manager of the company, all members of the Marketing and Procurement Center, relevant personnel from the Financial Accounting Center, and the head of the General Affairs Department attended the meeting, engaging in in-depth discussions around topics such as annual performance review and final sprint.

At the meeting, the Sales Department and the Supply Department under the Marketing Procurement and Supply Center reviewed and analyzed the completed performance in 2025, and made arrangements for the work to be completed before the Spring Festival in 2026. Participants from the Sales Department and the Supply Department expressed their thoughts based on their own work and put forward ideas that require support from inter-departmental and company leaders.
Subsequently, Wang Xiaochen, Director of the Marketing and Procurement Center, made a speech to supplement the current work of the Marketing and Procurement Center, emphasizing the need to improve marketing quality, strengthen brand factors, expand the local market, and explore more possibilities for transactions. Bao Xujie, Manager of the General Affairs Department, stated that they would fully cooperate in precise control of delivery time, assistance in collecting receivables, samples, iron frames, and after-sales services to help sales achieve the year-end goal. Pan Guoping, Director of the Financial Accounting Center, interpreted the detailed rules of the assessment system, clarified incentive measures to mobilize the enthusiasm of sales personnel, and will consider some of the demands raised by sales personnel and discuss them internally.
Finally, in his summary, Zhang Genfang, the General Manager of the company, analyzed the core reasons for the unmet performance targets. Objectively, it was influenced by the downturn in the market environment, while subjectively, there were issues such as insufficient management control and a need to strengthen the sense of responsibility among sales personnel. Regarding the next steps, General Manager Zhang Genfang mentioned "tight timeframes," "heavy tasks," "complex matters," and "high pressure," urging the Marketing and Procurement Center to use time nodes to push forward internal work progress. It is necessary to refine the task objectives before New Year's Day and the Spring Festival in 2026. At the same time, it is emphasized that the boundaries of power and responsibility need to be clarified, and cognition needs to be improved, so as to face the year-end sprint of 2025 and new challenges in 2026 with firm confidence and a calm attitude.
