On August 9, 2025, at 2 p.m., the first training session of the third quarter for the East China Coating Sales Department kicked off as scheduled. The training was led by Jiang Yongtao, the manager of the sales department, who focused on two core areas: 4SG glass products and customer communication skills. He provided a detailed explanation and offered a highly practical communication guide for sales personnel.
During the training, Manager Jiang Yongtao systematically analyzed the entire process from customer pain point identification, demand analysis, to on-site visits. Through real-life case studies, he explained the core advantages of 4SG glass in terms of aesthetics, energy efficiency, and durability, and demonstrated how sales personnel can accurately align product highlights with customers' actual needs.

The learning atmosphere at the venue was warm and focused. Participants were fully engaged throughout the entire process, carefully noting down key points and engaging in interactive discussions with the presenter regarding the challenges they faced in their actual work. The learning atmosphere was intense. To ensure the effectiveness of the training is implemented, an online assessment was conducted immediately after the session. Through targeted questions, learning outcomes were tested, and the assessment served as a catalyst for learning and application, helping sales personnel internalize communication skills and product knowledge into practical combat capabilities. ​
