Crafting dreams with ingenuity, promoting education through competition! East China Coating achieves excellent results in the first "Labor Union Cup" Skills Competition held on the Taihu Lake Street
In order to promote the spirit of craftsmanship and stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprise employees for studying technology and improving skills, the first "Trade Union Cup" Skills Competition in the Taihu Lake Street recently came to a successful conclusion. The competition, sponsored by the Trade Union Committee of Taihu Lake Street in Wuzhong District, was themed "Craftsmanship Refinement, Intelligence Ignites a New Journey", attracting skilled talents from multiple enterprises in the street to compete on the same stage.
The East China Coating Company, a subsidiary of Guoyu Group, attached great importance to this competition and actively selected outstanding employees to participate. Among them, Ge Weiqiang stood out in the fierce competition with his solid professional foundation and excellent on-the-spot performance, successfully winning the third prize of the competition
The competition underwent two stages: theoretical examination and practical competition. The entire competition process adhered to the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness. The judging panel was jointly composed of personnel from the Wuzhong District Federation of Trade Unions, the Taihu Street Trade Union, and participating enterprises, ensuring the authority of the competition results. On January 12th, Ge Weiqiang participated in the 60-minute centralized theoretical examination and successfully passed it with his proficiency in professional knowledge. In the practical competition on January 13th, he demonstrated excellent on-the-spot performance and appropriate response to emergencies, showing good professional ethics and excellent skill levels.
Ge Weiqiang's award this time not only fully demonstrates his personal skills, but also represents the vivid practice of the group's emphasis on talent cultivation and promotion of the craftsman spirit.
