“Party Building Leads Mass Organization Building, Learning at the Front Line” — A Joint Party-Mass Building and Exchange Event

To establish a new working mechanism at Guoyu Company—“Party building leads women’s work, and women’s work promotes party building”—and to ensure that Party-building efforts and Women’s Federation activities advance in concert, while also encouraging the company’s broad ranks of Party members, cadres, and employees to engage at the grassroots level, take the lead, and set an example, on September 25, the Party branches of Guoyu Administration, Industry, and East China Coating, together with the Guoyu Women’s Federation, organized a joint Party–mass exchange activity.

All personnel first visited the “Shining Military Emblem” exhibition of military merit medals.

This exhibition hall is neither large nor conspicuous, yet it houses the decades‑long collection of Political Commissar Cai. On the bookshelves and in the display cases, countless military medals—of all sizes and shapes—pile up, each one a vivid testament to a chapter of blood‑stained history and a stirring tale of revolutionary fervor.

This exhibition has enabled all visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the history of the Chinese revolution, continually inspiring them to emulate the spirit of revolutionary martyrs—undaunted by sacrifice and devoted to selfless service—while cherishing the good life we enjoy today. It has reinforced their conviction in their ideals and beliefs, urging them to approach their work with a higher political stance, a stronger sense of responsibility, stricter professional standards, and renewed enthusiasm, thus putting their original aspirations into practice through concrete actions.

All personnel gathered at the East China Coating Party Branch to bring party lessons directly to the front lines of manufacturing enterprises, jointly studying “Xi Jinping: The Governance of China, Volume III” with frontline party members.

Lead the study—share and exchange ideas

The meeting also briefed attendees on several typical cases (issues) reported by the District Commission for Discipline Inspection, urging all Party members and cadres within the company to draw profound lessons from these examples, use them as cautionary tales to clarify their responsibilities, and steadfastly uphold the bottom line of discipline and law, thereby providing robust disciplinary safeguards for the company’s transition to high-quality development.

At the conclusion of the study session, all participants visited the East China Coating Production Workshop, stepping into the role of operators to gain firsthand insight into the glass‑coating process and the working conditions faced by frontline workers. Outside the window, the fragrance of osmanthus filled the air, while inside, the roar of the machinery was deafening—providing everyone with a tangible sense of the hardships and challenges inherent in a manufacturing enterprise.

Production workshop

This event featured a novel format and rich content. The profound ideological education session represented a valuable attempt to implement the principle of “Party building leading mass organization building, and mass organization building in turn promoting Party building,” while broadening participants’ horizons, providing them with meaningful learning, and inspiring Party members and cadres to fully exemplify their pioneering and exemplary roles, and encouraging women to play their pivotal “half-the-sky” role. Together, all participants are called upon to contribute to the noble mission of “developing Guoyu and serving Wuzhong.”
