Suzhou Huadong Coating Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 with a total investment exceeding RMB 500 million. The company is located in the Wuzhong Economic Development Zone, on the shores of Suzhou Bay at Lake Tai. Its major production equipment has been sourced from leading manufacturers in the United States, Germany, Italy, Finland, Austria, as well as domestic brands, and its products are widely used in construction, interior decoration, home appliances, electronics, transportation, and other sectors. Key product lines include coated glass (solar‑control films and low‑emissivity Low‑E coatings), tempered glass, colored glaze glass, laminated glass, and insulated glass units—including TPS/4SG insulated glass and built‑in louver insulated glass. The company has achieved full certification under four major management systems—ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for environmental management, ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety, and ISO 50001 for energy management—as well as CFP carbon‑footprint green certification, EPD III environmental declaration certification, and EN 17460 adhesion certification. It has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology as a “Key High‑Tech Enterprise under the National Torch Program” and a “High‑Tech Enterprise of Jiangsu Province.” Since 1998, its coated glass products have been continuously recommended nationwide by the China Building Decoration Association for over a decade. The company has also been honored as a meritorious enterprise in the curtain‑wall industry during the 30 years of reform and opening-up, and as a model enterprise for product quality and integrity in the sector for more than ten consecutive years. In recent years, the company’s management practices have reached new heights. In November 2021, it was accredited as a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center; in May 2022, it obtained one of the first green building material product certifications in the glass deep-processing industry in East China; in April 2023, it was awarded Level II Standardization for Work Safety in Jiangsu Province; in April 2024, it was selected as one of the first batch of municipal‑level (3A) Green Factories in Suzhou; and in January 2025, it was shortlisted as a provincial‑level Green Factory in Jiangsu Province.
