The Board of Directors Meeting of Suzhou Huadong Coated Glass Co., Ltd. was successfully held.

On June 5, 2020, the Company’s First Meeting of the 25th Board of Directors was successfully held. The meeting concluded that, under the sound leadership of the Board and guided by the management team led by General Manager Zhang Genfang, the Company has worked diligently to expand its sales markets, rigorously strengthened internal management, and pursued both revenue growth and cost reduction, achieving substantial results that were hard-won. The shareholders commended the management team for their efforts and expressed high appreciation for the Company’s steady progress in COVID‑19 prevention and control, as well as in resuming work and production.

The meeting called on the East China Coating Company to remain confident, unite as one, and work diligently, racing against time to minimize the losses caused by the epidemic. It also urged the company to further strengthen its current and future planning and execution, striving to achieve the targets and tasks set by the Board of Directors. ！
