Solution:

In response to the industrial park’s core requirements, Huadong Coating customized a single‑silver insulated glass solution for its 2023 collaboration: 6 mm tempered glass + 12A (G) + 6 mm white‑tinted tempered glass. This configuration leverages a Low‑E coating to effectively block infrared radiation, reducing heat exchange between indoors and outdoors, while the 12A air gap enhances thermal insulation, cutting air-conditioning energy consumption by more than 30%. The double‑tempered glass ensures superior impact resistance and safety, meeting the park’s long‑term operational needs.

Project Outcomes:

Following the implementation of the collaboration, 12,000 square meters of custom‑designed glass have been fully integrated into the park’s R&D building, production workshops, and supporting facilities. Real‑world monitoring indicates that the glass curtain wall keeps indoor temperature fluctuations within ±2°C, providing a stable environment for precision experiments; meanwhile, its high light transmittance ensures ample natural illumination, reducing energy consumption from artificial lighting.
