By employing a dual‑seal TPS/4SG technology, it enhances airtightness; an internal 9 mm argon gas layer further improves thermal insulation; and a double‑silver LOW‑E coating reduces the U‑value even more. The system comprehensively meets energy‑efficiency standards and structural safety requirements, ultimately securing a total order of 8,000 m².

Following project implementation, third-party testing confirmed that the glass’s thermal transmittance (U‑value) is as low as 1.2 W/(m²·K), significantly exceeding national energy‑efficiency standards and expected to reduce the building’s annual air-conditioning energy consumption by more than 30%.
