Triple-glazed double-cavity insulated glass

Triple-glazed, two‑chamber insulated glass units consist of three or more panes of glass separated by effective spacers that evenly space the two chambers and are sealed around the perimeter, creating a product in which a dry gas-filled cavity is formed between the glass layers.

Thermal Properties

A lower U-value (thermal transmittance) yields a more pronounced effect when filled with an inert gas.

Optical performance

Depending on actual needs, you can flexibly select different levels of solar transmittance and reflectance. Sound insulation: Insulated glass units typically reduce noise by about 30 decibels, and filling them with inert gases can further lower the noise level by an additional 5 decibels or so.

Condensation prevention performance

The dew point can reach –40°C, ensuring that insulated glass units remain free of condensation.

Sealing performance

The aluminum frame (spacer bar) is formed in a single step, and the double-seal system—comprising butyl sealant and either structural sealant or polysulfide sealant—ensures the airtightness of the insulated glass unit and extends its service life.
