Our 80,000 m² production base is built for volume: five million m² of architectural glass per year, a full suite of automated processing equipment and standardised quality control procedures. Our tempering lines use closed-loop temperature control and an upgraded forming process, with panel curvature held to a defect rate below 1.5‰ (0.15%). The result is exceptional flatness and optical clarity — reflections stay true after installation, meeting the specification requirements of premium curtain wall projects.

How do you reduce the risk of spontaneous breakage?

Through tighter control of raw material selection and tempering parameters, we reduce the spontaneous breakage rate from a typical 0.3% to below 0.01%. Lower breakage means less falling-glass risk at height and far fewer post-installation replacements. Note: for applications requiring the highest safety level, we recommend heat-soak-tested tempered glass.
