Good news! Huadong Coating has once again been recognized as a National-level Green Factory.

Recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the “Notice on the Publication of the List of Green Factories and Green Industrial Parks (2025).” Building on its sustained efforts in green manufacturing and its concrete commitments to low-carbon development, Huadong Coating has once again been selected for the 2025 national-level list of Green Factories, following its earlier recognition as a provincial-level Green Factory, thereby obtaining national-level green certification.

As a core component of the green manufacturing system, green factories serve as a critical platform for translating the “dual carbon” goals into concrete actions, alleviating constraints on energy and resources, and reducing pressure on the ecological environment. For many years, Huadong Coating has consistently integrated the principles of green development into every stage of its production and operations, proactively embedding these principles into every detail of process upgrades and management improvements. The company has introduced the long‑lasting 4SG insulated glass production technology, which effectively reduces carbon emissions by maintaining argon gas within the unit for an extended period; upgraded its intelligent, interconnected manufacturing workshops to establish a robust foundation for low‑carbon production; and continuously advanced the clean‑up and optimization of its production processes, refining its energy mix, enhancing energy efficiency, and promoting the separate collection, recycling, and reuse of waste.
